Most of them have remained from the Qajar period, and their architecture has been influenced by the Qajar visual culture.<br />Generally speaking, castle-palaces had no defensive functions and were constructed on plains. In Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, the architectural design and visual culture of these structures mainly reflect the tribal and familial power of Bakhtiari rulers and Khans. Paired columns, which have been examined comparatively based on a descriptive-analytic method in this paper, are among the most significant visual and architectural elements of these buildings. Based on the findings of this study, the decorative patterns of these twin columns have been influenced by the visual<br />culture of the Qajar period, on the one hand, and the climatic features and specific local characteristics of the visual culture of Bakhtiari people, on the other hand. It is noteworthy that most of such artistic works can be observed in the architecture of the castle-palaces constructed on stone materials, which demonstrates the effect of regional and mountainous conditions of the location on their architecture. Moreover, the addition of particular decorations and visual signs and symbols on stone materials have immensely magnified the glory, magnificence, and power of these castle-palaces. کاخ- قلعه های استان چهارمحال و بختیاری از حیث معماری و تزئینات قابل توجه اند. عمده این کاخ قلع هها از دوران قاجار به جای مانده و سبک معماری آن متأثر از فرهنگ تصویری قاجار است. به طور کلی کاخ قلعه ها کاربردهای دفاعی نداشته و در دشت ها بنا شده اند. در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری، شکل معماری و فرهنگ تصویری ملحوظ در این کاخ- قلعه ها عمدتاً نمایش دهنده قدرت طایفه ای، عشیره ای و خانوادگی سران و خوانین بختیاری است. جفت ستون ها که در این تحقیق به صورت مقایسه ای و به روش توصیفی و تحلیلی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته اند از شاخص ترین عناصر تصویری و معماری این بناهاست. الگوهای تزئینی این جفت ستون ها بنا بر دست یافته های این تحقیق متأثر از فرهنگ تصویری دوره قاجار از یک طرف و ویژگی های اقلیمی و نیز عناصر محلی خاصه فرهنگ تصویری قوم بختیاری از طرف دیگر است. ذکر این مطلب لازم است که بیشتر این هنرنمایی ها در معماری کاخ- قلعه های موجود بر روی مصالح سنگی بوده است که خود نشان دهنده تأثیر شرایط منطقه ای و کوهستانی محل احداث است. همچنین الحاق تزئینات و نشانه های تصویری خاص بر روی مصالح سنگی بر جلال و جبروت و انعکاس قدرت کا خ- قلعه ها بسیار مؤثر بوده است. https://is.iranology.ir/article_710895_ee3bf5cd51ee8e18a5cf98a7d050620d.pdf
