چکیده
سفرنامه ها یکی از مهمترین اسناد تاریخی ایران هستند؛ مسافرانی که با اهداف مختلف سیاسی، اقتصادی و مذهبی وارد ایران می شدند، از زوایای متفاوتی به ایران می نگریستند و آنها را ثبت می کردند. نوشتار حاضر با روش توصیفی - تاریخی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای درصدد است تا کاروانسراهای موجود در راه ابریشم را مطالعه و بررسی نماید. با توجه به اطراق مسافران در این کاروانسراها، زوایای مطرح شده از جانب آنها می تواند در پژوهش های تاریخی ایران حائز اهمیت ویژه ای باشد. به نظر می رسد در ارائه اطلاعات از سوی سیاحان، با وجود شرح های بسیار دقیق، خطاهایی نیز راه یافته است که در هنگام بهره برداری از مطالب باید مدنظر قرار گیرد.

چکیده English

Travelogues are one of the most important historical documents of Iran. Thetravelers, who came to Iran with diverse political, economic, and religious purposes, viewed this country from different angels. Following a descriptive-historical method, this paper aims to study and explore the caravanserais on the Silk Road, which was a very important ancient network of trade routes that connected the East and the West. Given the residence of travelers in these roadside inns, their views of such places could be of particular significance in historical studies of Iran. It seems that, in spite of their
accurate explanations and reports, the travelers made some mistakes in presenting the data, which must be taken into consideration when using their travelogues as research references and data sources.
