From a long time ago, personal hygiene and cleanliness were the rules and duties of the Shari'ah that the believers were obliged to implement during worship. In modern times, the discoveries and advances of various sciences have changed personal and social health and supervision and turned it into a science related to modern medicine, which was separated from religious laws and duties and found a social aspect. The trend of personal and social health from the era of Amir Kabir to the formation of the Health Corps is the article's main question, which is determined by descriptive-analytical determination. The research method is a library using archival documents. The result indicates that Iranians' understanding of Western science and after that Amir Kabir changed the concept of personal and social health. Over time, compliance with health principles became a common habit and culture. A process that was slow during Reza Shah's era and after the Second World War, it was affected by the implementation of various advertising programs such as health publications, the inclusion of health concepts in educational programs, and the use of new media tools for making and showing films, mostly with principles and types of products. Personal and public health became familiar. The process gained more momentum with the formation of the Health Corps in 1343.
